Product Description
Konecranes empty container handlers come in eleven different models ranging from 8 – 11 tonnes. These smart trucks can sense their load and adapt their lifting power to the weight of the specific load they are lifting. They can lift 8 containers high thanks to their wide mast and come in single and double stacking models.
A range of solutions and technologies are available to reduce engine, drive train and tyre wear as well as extend the functional life of your empty container handler and decrease your running expenses.
Key Features
VERY FAST LIFTING AND LOWERING
Lift 8 containers high with a wide mast: hoses and cables are minimised for low maintenance costs and maximum uptime. A heavy-duty mast and tilt cylinder improves stability and safety.
SMART LIFT
Drivers select lifting height depending on container size and stack position. Lasers automatically set the correct height.
SINGLE AND DOUBLE STACKING
Handle 20-40 ft. containers with sidelift and 45-53 ft. containers in 10 ft. position with twistlocks only. Large sideshift, mechanical pile slope and an optional hydraulic pile slope. Lift up to 8 containers high in single mode, up to 2 over 6 in double mode.
SMART LOAD-SENSING HYDRAULICS
Specially designed hydraulics sense the weight of the load and adapt lifting power accordingly. The truck provides maximum power only when really needed, so it consumes less fuel while reducing emissions and noise.

With driver-focused design, the OPTIMA cabin is one of the most spacious on the market. Everything is within easy reach.
CURVED GLASS GIVES REMARKABLE VISIBILITY
Drivers have an exceptional range of vision through very large, lowered windows with no corner posts, a thin but very strong roof crossmember, and curved panels.
