Our History
Founded in Hull in 1985, Impact Handling, now Aprolis Handling, built a reputation as one of the UK’s leading independent providers of premium materials handling equipment and support services. Over four decades, we have grown from a regional supplier into a nationwide partner, through a customer-first approach, combining industry expertise with high-quality equipment and responsive local service.
Following our acquisition by Aprolis Group in 2021, we have continued to grow while maintaining the service, expertise and customer focus that built our reputation. The transition to Aprolis Handling reflects our position within the wider group, preserving our proud heritage while marking a new chapter as part of a stronger, unified international organisation.
